Yamaha, la terza forza nel mondiale SBK dal futuro giovane
Nella lotta fra Kawasaki e Ducati si è inserita Yamaha, che sta crescendo in maniera progressiva diventando la terza forza in campo nel mondiale Superbike. Dal 2021 inoltre vanterà una rosa di piloti giovani ed è già proiettata verso il futuro.

Negli ultimi sei anni, il Mondiale Superbike è stato sotto il dominio di Kawasaki, che con Jonathan Rea ha conquistato sei mondiali consecutivi. A dare battaglia alla casa nipponica è sempre stata Ducati, ma in queste ultime due stagioni un costruttore ha iniziato a mostrarsi diventando poi ‘il terzo incomodo’ nella lotta al titolo.
La Casa di Iwata è stata protagonista di una grande crescita, avvenuta in maniera progressiva e a tratti anche lenta, ma in questa stagione 2020 è diventata sicuramente la terza forza in campo, non solo come team ufficiale ma anche per quanto riguarda le squadre indipendenti, che spesso hanno dato filo da torcere ai più favoriti piloti Kawasaki e Ducati.
